Born in Salerno in 1964, since October 1st, 2024 – Head of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at Versalis.
Experience
After graduating with honours in Business and Economics in 1987 from LUISS in Rome, she worked briefly for CNEL and then for the Finsiel group.
She joined Stet (later Telecom Italia) in 1988, where she worked her way up through the Planning and Control Department. She was promoted to manager in 1997 and was involved in the company's privatisation process in the same year. During this period, she gained experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and was responsible for several major corporate deals.
She joined Enel in 2003 as Head of Corporate Procurement and of Procurement Strategies, Control and Processes Section in the Procurement and Services Department. She was appointed Director of Operations of the group's real estate company in 2004.
She joined Eni S.p.A. in July 2005 as Director of Internal Audit, Head of Internal Control and member of the company's Supervisory Board, in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/01. She contributed to the alignment of the company's governance structure with the Italian Stock Exchange’s first Corporate Governance Code.
She was Director of Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at Eni from January 2011 to July 2014, responsible for procurement for Eni and its Italian and foreign subsidiaries in their various business activities.
After the corporate reorganisation, she served as Eni's Procurement Director from July 2014 to October 2018, overseeing the company's non-industrial procurement and Vendor Management activities.
She has been responsible for GTR&M Logistics activities since October 2018.
During her professional career, she has served as a board member for several companies in the Telecom Italia group (now TIM) and the Enel group, as well as for the Italian Internal Auditing Association. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Eni Rewind (formerly Syndial) since April 2013, with the role of Chairman since April 2019.
In 2010 she won the Bellisario Award in the Female Manager section and since 2011, she has been accredited by the "Ready for Board Women" project.
From 2022 to 2024 she held the role of CEO in the company Enipower.
In March 2024, she becomes Head of the Energy Evolution Transformation Booster Lab, leaving office to take over as Head of HSEQ at Versalis.
